A milestone and a launchpad: Nervesa21 is the first pilot project aiming to achieve the highest ESG targets.

The construction site is at a crucial stage, with the old façades removed to make way for new, full-height, transparent ones that will ensure maximum comfort.

In the utmost expression of a circular economy, we have recycled approximately 95% of the materials removed from the previous façade:

– Iron (50.2 tons) à 90% recycled

– Aluminum (53.86 tons) à 100% recycled

– Glass (111.04 tons) à 100% recycled
